| Honiya
Participants: 150 Participating times: 14 They won the Gold prize. The theme of this year is "Kaguyaduki"(). It is popular to use blueish colors for the costumes this year. I was a little surprised that I saw "Tottori Yosakoi Dancing Team" wore blue costumes. I had an impression that Honiya wore in warm colors costumes however they changed to blue and yellow costumes reminding a beautiful moonlit night. We could see a small LED crescent shape lights at their chest in the night. |
| Kochi City Office Dancing Team
Participants: 100 Participating times: 51 Sonin (a Japanese female performer) was elected as a Yosakoi ambassador of Kochi and participated to the Kochi City Office Dancing Team. They danced with traditional style. They performed at "Harajuku Omotesando Genki Matsuri Super Yosakoi 2004" in Tokyo. |

| Kochi Newspaper and RKC Group
Participants: 100 Participating times: 23 They won the Judges' Special Prize. I think their performance was remarkable. The RKC Kochi Broadcasting Co. and Kochi Systems Inc. is carrying out the Internet live broadcast of the Yosakoi festival every year. |
| Fujitsu Group
Participants: 120 Participating times: 14 They won the Dancing Spots Union Prize. They mobilize the young girls and show vigorous dances. The music "The crane and the tortoise are dancing and playing..." became popular. |
| Obiyamachisuji
Participants: 140 Participating times: 51 They won the Judges' Special Prize. Ryoko Hirosue (a Japanese actress) participated to this team. This is the home team that carries on the festival as well. |
| NTT DoCoMo Shikoku Kochi Branch
Participants: 100 Participating times: 8 They won the Silver Prize. They are particular about the performance. The picture seems to be a scene of watching fire works. It is very fun with games of Tosa (the traditional culture of Kochi). The music is very popular. |

Participants: 150 Participating times: 15 They won the Silver prize. They won prizes regularly. They became a strong team. |

Participants: 150 Participating times: 4 I feel strage that they participated only 4 time to the festival. I feel I knew them long time ago. |

Participants: 130 Participating times: 22 They won the Gold prize. They showed their beautiful and energetic performances. I hope they continue to participate as well. |

Participants: 135 Participating times: 7 They won the Yosakoi Grand prix. They won many prizes however this is the first time to win the grand prix since the team was founded. Congratulations! |
